High School/Travel: Lettered for five years at Lafayette High School where she was coached by Shane Weaver... Played for the Louisville Lady Sluggers... Selected to the All-State team... Earned All-Region and All-District honors... Received the Lady General Award... Named Region II MVP and Section 3 Player of the Year... Academic All-State selection.

Personal: Full name is Brittany Sims... Daughter of James and Kristi Sims... Birthdate is May 20, 1994... Major is chemistry... Post college ambition is to go to Med School...
