2003: Started each of the 14 games she played in during her junior season with the Cards, tying for second on the team with four assists. Set up Liz Kinny's game winner against Youngstown State(9/12). Helped the Cards to a 1-0 advantage in matches against Saint Louis(10/17) and South Florida(9/26). Missed four games due to injury. Was a member of the AD Honor Roll, C-USA Commissioner's Honor Roll and the Dean's List. Was a Red and Black Scholar Athlete.

2002: Missed six matches due to injury, but put together a strong campaign tying for the team lead in assists with four. Had a pair of helpers in the win over Youngstown State(9/7), her first match of the season, and two more against Houston(9/22), including the primary assist in the 82nd minute to tie the game. Her only goal of the season broke a scoreless tie in the 73rd minute, lifting the Cards to a win over Memphis(9/27). Louisville did not lose when Rost scored.

2001: Missed the first three matches of the season due to injury, but started the remaining 14 she was healthy for, going the distance in all but two. Was still the third leading scorer, tallying three goals on just 12 shots. Notched her first college goal in the Cards' win over Southern Miss(9/23), breaking a 1-1 tie. Scored goals in each of U of L's final two road games. Academically a member of the A.D. Honor Roll, C-USA Commissioner's honor roll, Dean's List and was a Red and Black Scholar Athlete.

High School: A three-time all-state honoree, earning four soccer letters and one in basketball. Named All-Area, All-Region and All-Section all four seasons. Scored 64 goals and 67 assists. Captain and team MVP her senior year. Spent two seasons with the Illinois ODP. A member of the Eclipse select club team, which won the Region II in 1998.

Personal: Born on 12/24/82 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Doug and Vonnie Rost. Majoring in marketing. Would enjoy having dinner with her grandmother, Jim Carrey and musician Dave Matthews. Her father played golf at Colorado State University. Favorite movie is Pretty Woman, favorite teams are the Chicago Bears and Chicago Cubs. Favorite food is chicken stir-fry.
