2010: Was limited to only one game played in second season as a Cardinal due to injury. Named Dean's Scholar, Dean's List, Red and Black Scholar, Athletic Director's Honor Roll and BIG EAST Academic All-Star.

2009: Started 12 games and played in 14 overall as a freshman for Louisville. Finished with one assist and eight total shots in her first season. Named to Dean's List, Red and Black Scholar and Athletic Director's Honor Roll. BIG EAST All-Academic selection.

High School: Played four years of varsity soccer for her dad and coach Ken McDonald at FRA where she won three state titles. Two-time All-State selection, two-time All-Mid State, three-time All-Region and three-time All-District honoree. Scored 28 career goals with 26 career assists. Also played club soccer for Brentwood Pride from 2000-07 and Brentwood Real Madrid in 2009, where she won state title. Also earned one letter in track and field as a sprinter and high jumper.

Personal: Born on Dec. 18, 1989 in Nashville, Tenn., to Ken and Anne Louise McDonald. Has one older brother, Ryan, who played men's soccer at U of L, and one younger brother, Matthew. Her dad played college soccer at Penn State and professionally. Majoring in exercise science at U of L. After college, she wants to work in speech pathology. Says her brother Ryan is the person with the greatest influence on her athletic career. Hobbies and interests include playing sports, eating and hanging out with friends. Favorite movies include Remember the Titans, The Wedding Date and Coach Carter. Favorite TV shows include Grey's Anatomy, The Office and Glee. Favorite athletes include Chris Johnson, Peyton Manning and Cortland Finnegan. Favorite foods include pizza and peanut butter. Favorite teams are the Tennessee Titans and the Philadelphia Phillies. Enjoys listening to all country music. If she could have dinner with three people, she'd choose Carrie Underwood, Lauren Conrad and James Franco.
