Senior Candice Wiley shot a 73 in the final round

Orlando, Fla. - The Louisville women's golf team shot a 295 in the final round of the BIG EAST Women's Golf Championship at Reunion Resort in Orlando, Fla. The Cardinals finished the tournament at 11 over par to finish second with a score of 875. No. 26 Notre Dame won the tournament with a score of 861.

Sophomore Emily Haas shot a 73 in the final round, finishing third overall. Haas finished the tournament three under par for a score of 213. Notre Dame's Talia Campbell and Lindsey Weaver finished as co-champions with a score of 210.

Three Cardinals finished the day in the top-10, including Haas (3rd, 213), Laura Restrepo (7th, 220), Tara Lyons (T-10th, 224). Restrepo finished with her best collegiate finish after shooting a 73 in the final round. Lyons finished the day shooting a 76 for her first Top 10 finish of the season.

Sophomore Katie Petrino shot an 85 in the final round. Petrino finished tied at 17th with a score of 230. Senior Candice Wiley shot a 73 in the final round. Wiley finished tied for 23rd with a score of 233.
