The University of Louisville women's golf team moved up two spots after shooting a 299 in the second round of the Sir Pizza Cards Challenge. The Cardinals are currently in sixth place with a score of 609. Florida International leads the field with a score of 605. The University of Miami and Memphis are tied for second with a score of 607.
Senior Sara-Maude Juneau shot a 68 in the second round and moved into first place. Juneau holds a one stroke advantage over USF's Sehna Yang with a score of 141. Sophomore Candice Wiley is currently tied at 19th with a score of 153. Wiley is competing as an individual in the tournament and shot a 77 in the second round.
Senior Laura Anderson shot a 76 in the final round. Anderson is currently tied at 27th with a score of 155. Sophomore Anna Karin Ljungstrom also shot a 76 in the second round. Ljungstrom is currently tied at 33rd with a score of 156.
Freshman Tara Lyons shot a 79 in the second round. Lyons is currently tied a 37th with a score of 157. Junior Maria Castellanos shot an 81 in the second round and is currently tied at 52nd with a score of 161. Rounding out the Cards' play was freshman Maike Klein who shot an 81 in the second round. Klein is also competing as an individual and is currently in 66th place with a score of 166.
The Cardinals will wrap up play in the tournament tomorrow with a 8:30 am shotgun start.
