The Louisville women's golf team is currently in seventh place of the Sir Pizza Terrapin Challenge with a score of 605. The Cardinals shot a 307 in the first round then a 298 in the second round. NC State leads the field with a score of 590. Florida International is in second place with a score of 591 while Kansas is third with a score of 597.
Junior Tara Lyons is currently in 10th place with a score of 148. Lyons shot a 76 in the first round and a 72 in the second round to finish the day at four over. NC State's Brittany Marchand leads the field with a score of 140.
Senior Candice Wiley tied for 11th place with a score of 149. Wiley is competing as an individual in tournament. She shot a 73 in the first round and a 76 in the second round. Sophomore Emily Haas is currently tied at 23rd with a score of 152. Haas finished the first round with a 78 and carded a 74 in the second round.
Freshman Laura Restrepo is currently tied for 32nd after two rounds. Restrepo shot a 77 in the first round and a 76 in the second round for a score of 153. Sophomore Katie Petrino is currently tied at 41st with a score of 154. Petrino shot a 78 in the first round and a 76 in the second round.
Freshman Meghan Theiss is currently tied for 66th with a score of 161. Theiss shot a 76 in the first round and an 85 in the second round.
Louisville will wrap up play tomorrow morning with an 8:00 a.m. shotgun start.
