The No. 14/16 Louisville women's basketball team host Seton Hall on Wednesday, Feb. 17 at 7:00 p.m. at the KFC Yum! Center. The game is the final home game of the regular season and the Cardinals will honor seniors Shelby Harper and Monique Reid in a pregame ceremony.
The Cardinals enter the game with an overall record of 22-6 and a BIG EAST record of 10-4. The Cardinals are coming off a 55-49 defeat of Villanova on the road Sunday. Bria Smith led the Cardinals with 16 points. Overall, Schimmel leads the team in scoring with 13.5 points while dishing out 3.6 assists. Sara Hammond ranks second on the team in scoring with 10.7 points per game while leading the team in rebounding with 6.7 per game.

Women's Basketball Wraps Up Season with a 63-53 Win at Seton Hall
Shawnta' Dyer scored a career-high 22 points and No. 20\17 Louisville defeated Seton Hall 63-53 on Monday night in Walsh Gymnasium. Becky Burke added 17 points, Asia Taylor tied a career-high with 12 rebounds and Shoni Schimmel scored seven points dished out seven assists for the Cardinals (21-8, 10-6 Big East), who have won four of their past five games.
Seton Hall enters the game with an overall record of 9-18 and a conference record of 4-10. The Pirates are off a 90-30 loss at No. 3 University of Connecticut on Saturday afternoon in Storrs, Conn. Seton Hall is led by senior guard Brittany Morris and redshirt sophomore point guard Ka-Deidre Simmons. The two players are averaging double figures for the Pirates, Morris is scoring 12.9 ppg while Simmons is at 11.1 ppg, and either Morris or Simmons have either led the Pirates offensively outright or tied for the team lead in scoring in 20 of 27 games played.

The Louisville women's basketball team will host a NCAA Tournament Selection Show on Monday, March 18. The doors will open at 6:00 p.m. and the show will air promptly at 7:00 p.m. on ESPN. Admission is free.
