Oversaw the development of the program's first four national champions (Matt Hughes, twice; D'Ana McCarty twice; Tone Belt; and Andre Black)
Directed the program to three top-10 national finishes: seventh at the 2007 NCAA Outdoor Championships, ninth at the 2007 NCAA Cross Country Championships and 10th at the 2007 NCAA Indoor Championships
Guided the Cardinals to a total of eight BIG EAST team titles in the last six years, including five-straight BIG EAST women's outdoor titles
The Cardinals' women's program became the first in BIG EAST Conference history to achieve five-consecutive outdoor titles
Louisville has recorded seven runner-up finishes at the BIG EAST Championships

Following the 2007 success, Mann was named the USTFCCCA Mideast Region Men's Head Coach of the Year; he also was named the USTFCCCA Southeast's Men's Coach of the Year that season
Captured first bids in program history to the NCAA Cross Country Championships (2006-07, 2009-10)
The women's track and field team has been recognized for eight-straight years by the USTFCCCA as an all-academic squad; men's team has achieved that status three of the last four years
Served as an assistant coach in the jumping events for the U.S. men's team at the 2005 IAAF World Outdoor Track and Field Championships in Helsinki, Finland
