LOUISVILLE, Ky. - University of Louisville men's tennis coach Rex Ecarma has announced that Courtney Lock has signed his National Letter-of-Intent to join the Cardinals in the fall of 2014.

"I am excited about Courtney joining our ambitious team," said UofL head coach Rex Ecarma. "His dad, Martin, was a standout player at Morehead State and his brother is currently the top player at Florida State, so he has high-level tennis in his genes. Courtney's game style attracted me as well because he is an attacker. We need that style on our team and it never hurts that he can play doubles well. Our program consists of quality players from supportive families and the Locks are really classy people."

Courtney Lock joins the Cardinals from Harare, Zimbabwe has won several doubles championships including: the West/Central African, South/Central, East African and Zimbabwe #1 and #2 ITF titles. He also brings a strong singles resume with him as a semifinalist in the South/Central African #2, East African ITF #2 and the ITF Juniors Club Hammam-Sousse.
