Men's Tennis Travels to No. 23 Indiana

LOUISVILLE, Ky. - The University of Louisville men's tennis team will travel to Bloomington, Ind., to face No. 23 Indiana on Wednesday at 3 p.m.

Louisville owns an 8-7 edge in the series between the teams - including the last five matches. Most recently, the Cardinals defeated the Hoosiers 6-1 on April 17, 2011 at the Bass-Rudd Tennis Center.

The Cards (12-8) enter the match ranked No. 45 in the Intercollegiate Tennis Association team rankings. Louisville is coming off of a pair of 7-0 wins over Murray State and Morehead State on Saturday. Senior Andrew Carter and freshman Albert Wagner are No. 64 in the ITA doubles rankings and are 9-3 in dual matches. . Wagner carries a team-best 14-4 record in dual matches while fellow freshman Michael Lippens is 12-5 in dual matches.

Indiana (14-4) is comingo off of a 6-1 loss to No. 2 Ohio State and a 7-0 win over IUPUI on Sunday. Isade Juneau and Jeremy Langer are No. 66 in the ITA doubles rankings.

Following Wednesday's contest, the Cardinals will play host to Eastern Kentucky and Wright State on April 5 at the BRTC.
