Chris Simich advance to the singles semifinals of the Crimson Tide Fall Championships

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. - - University of Louisville freshman Chris Simich reached the semifinals of the Bryant Draw as the Cards wrapped up play at the Crimson Tide Fall Championships.

Simich picked up wins over players from South Alabama and Middle Tennessee to advance to the semifinals where he fell 7-6(5), 6-4 to Boston College's Akash Muppidi.

Senior Robert Hall defeated Tulane's Joe Young in his first round match, but lost 7-5, 6-3 to Wake Forest's Adam Lee.

Sophomore Dante Terenzio registered a 6-3, 6-0 win over South Alabama's Hanno Bartsch and fell 5-7, 7-6(3), 6-2 to Middle Tennessee's Ettore Zito.
