U of L Men's Golf Earns C-USA Academic Award

CHICAGO -- The 1999-2000 U of L's men's golf season proved to be a success in the classroom as well as on the links.

The Cardinals were recently recognized by Conference USA with the Sport Academic Award for posting the highest team grade point average among the league's 12 men's golf squads.

As a group, the Cardinals recorded a cumulative grade point average of 3.12 for the '99-00 academic year.
