LOUISVILLE, Ky. - The University of Louisville men's golf team has been named an All-Academic Team by the Golf Coaches Association of America presented by Farmers Insurance.

This is the second straight season Louisville has been recognized for its work in the classroom as well as on the golf course.

"I'm very proud of the effort in the classroom by our team this past year, Louisville head coach Mark Crabtree said. "Our team's grade point average was a 3.35 and was one of the highest ever earned for the program. I want to thank Caitlin Dance for her time and effort spent guiding them. We are pleased to be recognized as one of the top academic golf programs in the country."

To be named an All-Academic Team, the team GPA must be a 3.0 or better.
