LOUISVILLE, Ky. - The University of Louisville men's golf team finished its fall season rated 64th in the nation by Golfstat. The Cardinals earned top five finishes in four of their five autumn events and are ranked third among Conference USA teams. U of L trails No. 6 Houston and No. 56 South Florida.

"I thought we were improved over the course of the fall season but there is so much more for us to achieve," said first-year head coach Mark Crabtree. "As time moves on, we hope to improve the schedule as well as having great depth throughout the program."

U of L was led by junior Chris Campbell's three top 10 finishes in the fall and hope to better its performance during the spring campaign.

The Cardinals open their spring season in mid-February with a trip to the Ron Smith Invitational hosted by South Florida.
