Men's Golf Ties for Sixth at Brickyard

Macon, Ga. - University of Louisville sophomore men's golfer Robin Sciot-Siegrist finished in sixth place tie at the Brickyard Intercollegiate on Sunday in Macon, Ga.

As a team, the Cardinals finished in tie with Florida State for sixth place. The Cardinals fired 289-289-287=865, which was 28 shots behind Mercer, which won with a score of 837. Georgia Tech was two shots behind in second and Virginia Tech was third.

Sciot-Siegrist finished at a 6-under par 210 after he fired a career-low round of 65 on Sunday. Robert Geibel was tied for 28th at with a 2-over par 218 and Max Walz was tied for 37th place with a 5-over par 221. J.D. Lehman and Antoine LeSaux were tied for 49th.

The Cardinals will be back in action on Oct. 21-22 at the Pinetree Intercollegiate.
