DELAND, Fla. - After dropping the first two matches the University of Louisville men's golf team went out and took the final three matches to beat Stetson 3-2 in match play on Saturday in Deland, Fla.
Henry Tomlinson fell to Stetson's Matt Taylor 1-up in the No. 5 spot while Tyler White bested Chris Biuso 2-up at No. 4.
Maximilian Walz won 1-up against Andrew Schiano at No. 3 before Chris Malec defeated Micah Jacobson 5 & 4. Senior anchor Justin Dorward gave the Cardinals the match by defeating Sam Ryder 3 & 2.
The Cardinals are back in action on March 31 at the Irish Creek Collegiate.
