At Louisville:
Valuable player who can block or play special teams... fierce competitor and hard worker... one of the toughest and most physical players on the team... has emerged as one of the toughest blockers on the team... not afraid to put his nose into the defenders' chest.

2008:Played in all 12 games, making a pair of starts... rushed one time for six yards and caught two passes for nine yards... caught two passes for nine yards and a touchdown versus Syracuse... made six special teams tackles, including three versus Kentucky.

Played in all 12 games at fullback and on special teams... started at fullback versus Pittsburgh (first career start)... caught one pass for seven yards against Cincinnati for his first career catch.

Played in all 13 games at fullback and special teams... carried the football one time for a loss of a yard.

Before Louisville:
Named first team All-State by the Courier-Journal at St. Xavier... also named forst team All-District... played in the Kentucky-Tennessee All-Star game... named the Johnny Unitas Student-Athlete Award... four-time USAPL National Powerlifting champion... three-time Class AAA state shot put champion... holds the state record in the shot put with a throw of 63'4 1/2... named team captain of the 2004 state championship football team... named the 2003 Class AAA Sophomore Track Athlete of the Year... son of Albert and Cathy Tronzo... born 6/10/87... exercise science major.
