Mammoth offensive lineman who's battled the injury bug the last two seasons... runs well for his size and has become one of the team's top offensive linemen... coming off back surgery during the off-season.

Career Notes: Has appeared in 19 career games, making 17 starts... came to U of L as a defensive lineman, but has blossomed into one of the top offensive tackles... missed seven games in 2004 with ACL injury and most of the 2005 season with a back injury.

2005: Played in two games before suffering a season-ending back injury.

2004: Started first four games before tearing his ACL in the first half against East Carolina.

2003 : Named to the Conference USA All-Freshmen Team... started 13 games at offensive tackle... graded out better than 80 percent in every game but two ... helped the Cardinals rush for a school record 2,966 yards and 35 touchdowns.

Ripley High School: Recorded 49 tackles, including 39 solo stops, and nine tackles for a loss as a senior ... also tallied four sacks, forced four fumbles and recovered another three as a senior ... pulled down 31 passes for 403 yards and six touchdowns during senior campaign ... named to the all-region and All-West Tennessee teams as a junior and senior ... as a senior was awarded team scholastic award and offensive MVP honors ... named team's best blocker as a junior ... played in the Tennessee-Kentucky All-Star game.
