Blake LeBlanc is entering his fourth season as the Rehabilitation Coordinator/ Assistant Athletic Trainer with the University of Louisville Football program.

Prior to returning to the UofL Sports Medicine Staff, Blake received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from West Virginia University in 2009. He is currently an Orthopedic Resident in an APTA recognized program through Evidence in Motion. Blake also serves as Lecturer in the Health and Sports Sciences Department.

LeBlanc graduated with his Masters' degree from UofL in 2004 with his focus of study in Sports Administration. During that time he served as a graduate assistant athletic trainer with track and field (2002-2003) and football (2003-2004). Through his affiliation with Kentucky Orthopedic Rehabilitation Team, Blake also served as an athletic trainer at Spalding University covering men's/ women's basketball, and baseball (2004).

Blake graduated from Louisiana State University with his Bachelors' of Science with concentration in pre-PT. He served as a student athletic trainer during his time at LSU working primarily with football, swimming and diving, and softball. He was recognized as the student athletic trainer of the year in 2001.

A native of Lafayette, La, LeBlanc is a Kentucky Licensed Physical Therapist, and a NATA certified Athletic Trainer, licensed in KY and TX. He is a member of the APTA and NATA. Blake is married to the former Amanda Jo Bell, PhD.
