Ed Connell begins his seventh season as an assistant equipment manager at the University of Louisville, and his third with the football program. He served the previous three seasons as the head manager for baseball, field hockey, golf, lacrosse, rowing, swimming and diving and tennis. Prior to coming to Louisville, Connell served as the assistant director of equipment pperations at the United States Naval Academy from 2004-06. Connnell also served as an intern with the Washington Redskins in 2002 and was also the head equipment manager for the Louisville Fire in 2001. Born and raised in Louisville, Connell graduated from Louisville in 2004 with a sociology degree, He is married to Mandy Connell. |
