George Claiborne begins his 14th year in football video and enters his third year on the Cardinal staff as the team's game analysis coordinator.
His responsibilities will include: creating the team's motivational in-season films and highlight tapes, helping to oversee the day-to-day video needs of the coaching staff including practice, opponent and self-scout film, computer system and camera maintenance, and guiding the student video assistants.
Claiborne was previously the assistant video director of the NFL's Washington Redskins (2007-10).
Prior to that, he was video coordinator for the University of Memphis (2002-07) and an assistant video coordinator for football at the University of South Carolina (1999-2002).
A native of Nashville, Tenn., he studied Radio, Television and Film Production at Auburn University and resides in the Crescent Hills neighborhood of Louisville.
