At Louisville: Talented walk-on who earned a scholarship and has been a mainstay on the offensive line... named to the Outland Trophy Watch List... has started games at both tackle and guard... has worked hard to get better as a lineman... has the ability to be an All-American type performer and potential NFL prospect.

2007: Started all 12 games at offensive tackle... anchored an offense that was ranked eighth in the country... earned second team All-BIG EAST accolades... allowed two sacks.

2006: Started all 13 games... played both offensive tackle and guard... earned first team All-BIG EAST honors... did not yield a sack all of last season... helped the Cardinals finish second in the nation in total offense... helped the Cardinals average over 188.0 yards on the ground... didn't allow a sack.

2005: Appeared in all 12 games on the offensive line and special teams... stepped in late in the season when Jeremy Darveau missed some time with a sprained ankle.

2004: Red-shirted.

Before Louisville: Starred at Western High School... named a Jefferson County All-Star... benched 315 pounds... two-year starter on the offensive line... started all junior varsity games as a freshman... started two seasons at guard and one at tackle on the varsity level... paved the way for a 1,000-yard rusher and one 2,500-yard rusher... voted the team's best offensive lineman during his junior and senior season... son of Ruthie and Carlos Grigsby... born 10/24/84... communications major.
