Davy Benton is beginning his second season with the Cardinal football program. Benton will serve as the Special Teams Quality Control after spending his first season as an offensive assistant.

A native of Charleston, SC Benton earned his bachelor's in Health Education and Sports Science from The Citadel, Military College of South Carolina. Benton and his wife Julie reside in Louisville.
