Official Contest Rules
Contest: On Oct. 13, 2012, the University of Louisville Athletics Department by means of both online and offline entry opportunities will select one Louisville Cardinals Fan as a winner of a trip for two to the Battle 4 Atlantis at Atlantis, Paradise Island, Bahamas in November. How to enter: Entries may be submitted one way: by fully completing the official online form found at this link: (link here). Personal emails, home addresses and phone numbers will be used solely by the University of Louisville Athletics Department and will not be distributed without your consent. No more than two entries per person may be submitted. Entries may be submitted until 5 p.m. on Oct. 12.
How to win: The winner will be selected randomly by the University of Louisville staff and announced at the Red-White men's basketball intrasquad scrimmage on Oct. 13 at the KFC Yum! Center. In the event that the original winner does not meet official rules or eligibility requirements, or he/she or parent or legal guardian forfeits the prize, the University of Louisville will award the prize to the first alternate. Process will continue until the grand prize is awarded.
The decision of the University of Louisville is final. The winner will be notified by email and must meet all eligibility requirements. In the event that the winner is unreachable, University of Louisville staff will pick an alternate. The winner will have one day to respond to the message or email notification. Should the selected winner not respond in the allotted time period, the University of Louisville will consider that person disqualified and start the alternate selection process. Process will continue until the grand prize is awarded.
