LOUISVILLE, Ky. - The University of Louisville men's basketball team will make its 38th appearance in the NCAA Tournament, facing No. 13 seed Davidson in a West Region second round contest on Thursday, March 15, at the Rose Garden in Portland, Ore., at 1:40 p.m. ET.

A No. 4 seed, Louisville (26-9, 10-8 BIG EAST) is making its sixth-straight showing in the event after earning the league's automatic bid with a 50-44 win over Cincinnati on March 10 to capture the BIG EAST Tournament title. The Cardinals enter the tournament having won 12 of their last 16 games and four straight.

Louisville has received a supply of tickets for its appearance in the 2012 NCAA Men's Basketball Championship second/third round site at the Rose Garden in Portland, Ore.

Season ticket holders who submitted NCAA post-season ticket requests online have been contacted by via email with details on purchasing their seats. Those season ticket holders will be notified later where the tickets will be available for pickup in Portland.
