LOUISVILLE, Ky. - In the second University of Louisville men's basketball intrasquad scrimmage of the 2013-14 season, the Red team posted a 70-65 decision over the White team on Saturday afternoon in the KFC Yum! Center.

Chris Jones scored 24 points, 14 in the second half on 4-of-8 shooting, to lead the Red team to the win. Fellow newcomer guard Terry Rozier added 14, including two on a thunderous near the end of the game. Wayne Blackshear also chipped in 14 in the victory.

In a game that featured four, eight-minute quarters, both teams recorded a majority of their scoring in the second half.

The White team, which trailed 30-26 at the half, made a surge late in the fourth quarter and eventually tied the team at 64 apiece.

Following a pair of free throws by Jones to put the Red team ahead by two, the White team had an opportunity with less than 30 seconds to go to cut the then-three-point deficit, but a steal and dunk by Rozier secured the decision.

Russ Smith finished with a team-high 22 points for the White squad, while Montrezl Harrell added 14 and Chane Behanan added 13 points and nine rebounds.

The Cardinals participated in media day festivities prior to the game.
