2006 Cross Country: Earned All-Region (11th place) and All-BIG EAST (eighth) honors for the Cards ... Finished fourth overall at the Greater Louisville Classic ... Was UofL's first or second runner in all five of his events.

2005 Cross Country: Earned All-Region honors with a 16th-place finish at the NCAA Southeast Regional and All-BIG EAST honors with an 11th-place place finish ... Won two individual titles (Indiana State Invite, Greater Louisville Classic).

2004 Cross Country: Named Conference USA Freshman Runner of the Year after winning four individual event titles ... Opened his collegiate cross country career with four wins at the Woodford Trials, Commodore Classic, Greater Louisville Classic and Cardinal Classic ... Named All-Conference after earning a seventh-place finish at the C-USA Championships ... Finished 42nd at the NCAA Southeast Regional.
