2013 Cross Country: Ran in five of the team's races, scoring in each one ... set a personal best in the 10K at the NCAA Southeast Regional with a time of 30:11.6 ... earned all-conference honors at the AAC Championships after taking eighth ... clocked a personal-best 8K of 23:55.58 at the meet ... ran to an eighth-place finish at the Greater Louisville Classic.

2012-13 Track: Earned USTFCCCA first team All-America honors in the 3,000m steeplechase ... ran in three outdoor disciplines (1,500m, 3,000m, 3,000m steeplechase) and one indoor event (5,000m) ... finished sixth in the steeplechase at the NCAA Championships to become the school's third All-American in the event ... recorded consecutive victories in the 3,000m steeplechase, winning the NCAA Division I Preliminary Round and BIG EAST Outdoor Championship titles ... set a personal-best time in the event at the league championships with a mark of 8:41.29 ... also won the Lenny Lyles/Clark Wood steeplechase title ... captured the 2,000m steeplechase title at the Vanderbilt Black and Gold Invite ... qualified for the BIG EAST Indoor Championships in the 5,000m ... also ran a leg on the team's 4x800m relay at the conference championships ... opened the year with a first-place finish in the 5,000m at the Indiana Relays.

2011-12 Track: Competed only during the outdoor season, running three individual events (1,500m, 3,000m steeplechase and 5,000m) and one relay (distance medley relay) ... had three second-place finishes in the steeplechase ... advanced to the NCAA Division I East Preliminary Round in the steeplechase ... took runner-up in the steeplechase at the BIG EAST Outdoor Championships ... registered a career-best 5,000m time of 14:43.07 at the Border Battle to take second.

2011 Cross Country: Ran in all six of the team's races ... had personal bests in all distances ... took 59th at the NCAA Southeast Regional for a career-best 10K time of 31:39.4 ... placed 44th overall at the BIG EAST Championships ... top 8K time came at the Greater Louisville Classic, placing 35th in 24:46.70 ... opened the year with a fourth-place showing at the Mid-America Opener.

2010-11 Track: Competed in four outdoor events (1,500m, 3,000m steeplechase, 5,000m, 4x1,500m) ... did not see action during the indoor season ... had one individual victory and one relay win ... advanced to the NCAA Division I East Preliminary in the 3,000m steeplechase ... placed second in the event at the BIG EAST Outdoor Championships (behind former teammate, Matt Hughes) ... logged a season-best 8:51.92 in the steeplechase at the Mt.
