2013-14: Competed in three disciplines as a junior, in the 800m and mile during the indoor and outdoor seasons, and in the 1,500m during the outdoor season... Kicked off the indoor season with a second place finish in the mile at the Gene Edmunds Cup... Helped the team take a first place finish in the DMR at Hoosier Hills with a time of 10:10.53... Set a career best mile time of 4:10.39 at the Meyo Invitational, leading him to a fourth place finish... Took third place in the mile at the AAC Indoor Track and Field Championships with a time of 4:13.17.
2013 Cross Country: Ran in all five of the team's races ... served as the No. 5 scoring runner at the NCAA Southeast Regional ... finished with a personal-best 10K time of 31:51.5 ... finished 20th overall at the AAC Championships ... had an eighth-place finish at the Mid-America Opener.
2012-13 Track: Competed in two outdoor disciplines (800m, 1,500m) and two indoor events (800m, mile) ... finished fourth in the 1,500m at the Vanderbilt Black and Gold Invite in a season-best time of 3:55.15 ... qualified in the mile for the BIG EAST Indoor Championships ... top indoor finish was a runner-up showing in the mile at the Kentucky Invitational.

2011-12 Track: Competed in two outdoor disciplines (800m, 1,500) and three indoor events (800m, 1,000m, mile) ... had six top-five finishes during the outdoor season ... registered first collegiate victory at the Bellarmine Classic during the outdoor season ... raced to a first-place finish in the 800m behind a season-best time of 1:52.61 ... qualified for the BIG EAST Indoor and Outdoor Championships in the 800m ... placed seventh in the 800m finals of the conference's indoor championships.
2011 Cross Country: Participated in four of the team's six races ... ran at the BIG EAST Championships ... had a 10th-place showing to open the year at the Mid-America Opener.
Prep: Highly touted in-state recruit from North Hardin High under coach James Jackson ... was the 2009 USATF intermediate boys 1,500m national champion ... named the 2009 USATF Kentucky Male Athlete of the Year ... track state champion in the 1,600m in 2011 ... also captured the 3,000m indoor state title as a sophomore ... took runner-up in the AAU young men's 1,500m race in 2010 ... placed fourth nationally that year at the AAU young men's 800m race ... won the 800m regional title three times prior to reaching senior year ... a first team all-state selection in cross country 2009-10 ... earned first team all-state in track multiple times (2008: 4x800m; 2011: 800m, 1,600m, 4x400m, 4x800m) ... was tabbed all-area male athlete of the year in cross country (2008-10) and track (2011) ... garnered News Enterprise Runner of the Year in cross country twice ... named cross country team captain for three years (2008-10) and track one year (2011).
