Women win eight races, men break 2 pool records

Freshman: Emily played a vital role in diving at the BIG EAST Championships. In the 3-meter competition, she made her first final and finished fifth with a score of 263.70. In the 1-meter competition, Emily placed 18th with a score of 215.10, just missing the consolation final. Emily's scores were good enough to qualify her to compete at the NCAA Zone C meet. She placed 54th on 1-meter with a score of 200.35 and placed 23rd on 3-meter with a score of 264.50. In the fall, Emily finished second in the 3-meter competition in the dual meet against Pitt with a score of 287.25. She had a season high score on 1-meter of 239.55 in the meet against Indiana.

Prep: Diver Emily Stalmack, from Ann Arbor, Mich., and Pioneer High School, is the 2010 USA Diving Junior East National silver medalist on 3-meter. Along with Hanna Cowley, Emily is the team captain of the Pioneer High School swimming and diving team, where she has earned All- America honors twice. She dove for Legacy Diving and coach Buck Smith. At the 2010 USA Diving Junior East Nationals, she was the 3-meter silver medalist.
