Senior: Fanny competed in the 200-IM as well as the 100-breast and 200-breast at the BIG EAST Championships. In the 100-breast, she finished seventh with a time of 1:02.76 and qualified for the national B-cut. In the 200-breast, she finished third in a time of 2:11.50 and qualified for the national B-cut. Fanny was named as an ALL-BIG EAST performer in the 200-breast. Fanny also competed at the Boiler-Make-It Qualification Championship where she swam the 200-breast in a time of 2:10.90 which improved her national B-cut. She was invited to the NCAA Championships in the 200-breast.
Junior: Fanny competed in the 200-IM and 400-IM as well as the 200-breast at the BIG EAST Chamoionships. In the 400-IM, she finished third with a time of 4:17.73 and qualified for the national B-cut. She also made the national B-cut in the 200-breast with a time of 2:12.45 and a fifth place finish. Fanny also had a big meet against Tennessee in the 200-IM, winning the race with a time of 2:04.76. On that same date, she earned runner-up accolades in the 200-breast (2:17.09). Fanny finished the year as an ALL-BIG EAST performer in the 400-IM.
Sophomore: Fanny competed
in three events in the Big
EAST championships. During
the finals of the 200-IM,
she posted a time of 2:01.70
for a fifth place finish. In
the 400-IM, she finished in
fourth place with a time of 4:19.58. In the
200-breast event, she finished in fourth place
with a time of 2:13.44. All of her times
qualified her for the national B cut.
Freshman: Fanny reached the A-finals of the 200-IM at
the BIG EAST as a freshman. She finished
seventh with a time of 2:03.07. She also
made the A-finals in the 200-breast where she
finished eighth in 2:19.11. She was third in
the Consols in the 400-IM where she posted
a 4:24.48.
Prior to U of L: Hailing from Huddinge,
Stockholm, Fanny has added much
international swimming experience to the
Cardinal lineup. In 2005, she was the runnerup
at the Swedish National Championships
in the 100-breast with a time of 1:10.24 and
competed at the European Championships for
her Junior National Team. In 2006, she was
the Swedish Junior
National Champion
in the 50-breast. At
the Swedish Junior
National Championships
in 2007,
she helped her team earn titles in both
the 400-medley and 400-freestyle relays.
The 400-freestyle relay time of 3:47.10 was
enough to garner a Swedish Junior National
record. She swam for the Södertörns Simsällskap
team where she was coached by
Carl Jenner.

of Peter and Kerstin Danckwardt-Lillieström.
