Junior: Stalmack built off her sophomore year with a fifth place finish in the Platform Diving Finals at the AAC Championships with a score of 224.35. She added a sixth place finish on the 1-meter with a score of 251.90 and scored 280.95 on the 3-meter for a ninth place finish. She scored her most points in a victory on the 3-meter against Tennessee with a score of 302.03. She added first place finishes on the 1-meter against North Carolina and Xavier. Stalmack finished third at the SMU Women's Swimming & Diving Classic with a score of 259.15 on the 3-meter.
Sophomore: In Stalmack's sophomore year, she qualified to compete at her second Diving Zone meet where she placed 18th on the 3-meter springboard with a combined score of 524.60. She also placed 15th on platform in 215.70, and 39th on 1-meter springboard in 228.15. At BIG EAST, Stalmack made the A-final on platform, where she took eighth with a score of 164.70. She made the B-final on 3-meter with a score of 267.60 placing her 11th. Stalmack placed sixth on 3-meter board and platform at the Purdue Invite. For the second year in a row, Stalmack was awarded to the Athletic Director's Honor Roll.
Freshman: Emily played a vital role in diving at the BIG EAST Championships. In the 3-meter competition, she made her first final and finished fifth with a score of 263.70. In the 1-meter competition, Emily placed 18th with a score of 215.10, just missing the consolation final. Emily's scores were good enough to qualify her to compete at the NCAA Zone C meet. She placed 54th on 1-meter with a score of 200.35 and placed 23rd on 3-meter with a score of 264.50. In the fall, Emily finished second in the 3-meter competition in the dual meet against Pitt with a score of 287.25. She had a season high score on 1-meter of 239.55 in the meet against Indiana.
Prep: Diver Emily Stalmack, from Ann Arbor, Mich., and Pioneer High School, is the 2010 USA Diving Junior East National silver medalist on 3-meter. Along with Hanna Cowley, Emily is the team captain of the Pioneer High School swimming and diving team, where she has earned All- America honors twice. She dove for Legacy Diving and coach Buck Smith. At the 2010 USA Diving Junior East Nationals, she was the 3-meter silver medalist.
