Sophomore: Despite being on the non-scoring squad, Emily had several standout performances at the BIG EAST Championships. She competed in the 200-IM, 100- and 200- fly and set new personal best times in all three events. In the 200-IM, she swam a time of 2:04.78. In the fly events she posted times of 54.37 and 2:00.96. Emily also competed at the USA Long Course National Championships in Atlanta where she swam the 100-fly in a time of 1:02.62.

Freshman: Emily adds depth to the Cardinal butterfly corps, swimming the 100- and 200-fly and in the medley relays for U of L. She swam exhibition at the BIG EAST Championships.

Prep: Hailing from Huntersville,North Carolina,Emily joined the Cardinal squad after swimming for Hopewell High School and Swim MAC of the Carolina under coaches David Marsh and Chris Webb. In 2006 and 2009, Emily was a part of SwimMAC's first place finish at the LC NC Senior Championships in Charlotte, NC. At the 2009 Tarheel State Meet, she had personal bests in the 100-fly with a time of 55.16 and in the 400-IM with a time of 4:26.97. Emily has earned the 2009 All-Conference 100-fly and 2009 All-State 200-medley relay honors during her prep career.

Personal: she is the daughter of David and Marty Conway. She has one sibling. Born May 4, 1992. Her intended major is exercise science.
