Baseball, Men's Golf, and Women's Tennis

Carlton Hill joined the University of Louisville academic services staff in August 2011. Currently, he works as an academic counselor for the baseball, men's golf, and women's tennis programs. He also oversees the Faculty Guest Coach program and is a member of the Athletics Diversity Committee.

Prior to the University of Louisville, Carlton worked at the University of Akron as an academic advisor for mixed rifle, men's and women's soccer, women's swimming and diving, men's and women's track and cross country, and women's volleyball. He also worked at the University of Tennessee with the football program as an academic counselor assistant.

A native of Haslett, MI, Carlton was a four year starter (2002-2006) for the basketball program and team captain his junior and senior year at Alma College (MI). He graduated with a degree in psychology in 2006 and went on to the University of Tennessee where he earned a master's degree in Sport Psychology in 2008.
