Community Action Response Effort
The CardsCARE (Community Action Response Effort) program is designed to give U of L student-athletes the unique opportunity to spend much of their time giving back to the surrounding community. Cardinal student-athletes, coaches, administrators and staff members have volunteered their time and talent with numerous organizations in an effort to assist the community.
Cards in the Community - Every year, our student-athletes contribute more than 5,000 service hours to the Louisville community. Cardinal student-athletes volunteer with a variety of organizations and events, but focus on service centered around community youth, health and education.- Fit4Me - Fit4Me is an empowering, holistic program for middle school girls (ages 10-14) that focuses on improving the health and self-esteem of young girls and their families.
