Lauren San Agustin is an assistant athletic trainer at the University of Louisville, where she works with softball and men's golf. Prior to joining the U of L Sports Medicine staff, San Agustin spent two years as a graduate assistant athletic trainer at Utah, where she worked with the Ute softball team. While at Utah, San Agustin earned a Master of Science in Exercise and Sport Science, with a specialization in sports medicine. A 2009 graduate of Florida, she earned a Bachelor of Science in athletic training. As an athletic training student, San Agustin worked with the 2007 SEC champion volleyball and 2008 national champion football teams, as well as at a local high school. A native of Jacksonville, Fla., San Agustin is certified by the Board of Certification of Athletic Training and licensed by the Kentucky Board of Medical Licensure. |
