Zach Brown is an assistant athletic trainer at the University of Louisville, working with the men's and women's swimming and diving teams.
Prior to joining the U of L Sports Medicine staff, he spent two years as a graduate assistant athletic trainer at Tennessee, where he earned a Master of Science in Kinesiology, with a concentration in Biomechanics, while graduating with honors. During his time at UT, he worked with the men's swimming and diving team and assisted with football.
A 2009 graduate of Purdue, he earned a Bachelor of Science in athletic training. As an athletic training student, Brown worked with baseball, football, and the men's and women's tennis teams. He also completed a summer internship in 2008, with the Washington Redskins of the National Football League.
A native of Newport, N.C., he is an NATA certified athletic trainer, and resides in Louisville with his wife, the former Ashley Geddling, of Buffalo Grove, Ill.
