LOUISVILLE, Kentucky - The University of Louisville's new athletic Internet website was launched on May 11, 2004 announced Louisville Director of Athletics, Tom Jurich. The visually attractive new site (http://www.UofLSports.com) is a product of College Sports Online, the country's largest supplier of Internet sites for university athletics, and the University of Louisville's athletic department.
In addition to up-to-date press releases on University of Louisville athletic events, the site will feature photos, stats, schedules, results, rosters, player and coach biographies and ticket information for each Cardinals sport. Special interactive features, including fan polls, player diaries and "Ask the Cardinals" pages, will offer users a chance to submit opinions and questions. The University of Louisville's official athletic website will be the only site whereby fans can ask questions of Cardinals coaches and student-athletes. The site also features an online store, offering Cardinals fans across the country access to the finest licensed merchandise and apparel.
