The University of Louisville cheerleading squads swept Division IA national titles at the NCA/NDA Collegiate Cheer and Dance National Championship held at Daytona Beach.

The All-Girl squad were crowned national champions and also earned the Grand Champion title of all squads, all divisions. The Cardinals's squad posted the highest-ever point total in competition history.

The Small Co-ed were also named national champions as were the Large Co-Ed.

The Cardinal squad also won the first National Championship in team stunting. Team stunting is being considered as a possible future NCAA sanctioned sport.

The Ladybirds dance team won their division as well, making it a sweep, the first for the Cardinals since 2009. More than 200 schools participated with 10,000 spectators at the Band Shell right in the heart of Daytona Beach.
