The polls will be open throughout the week, and the final votes will be tallied and announced at a later date. Remaining categories consist of individual highlight of the year, team win of the year, team of the year and alumnus/alumnae of the year.

The 2011 athletic season was another year filled with remarkable accomplishments for the University of Louisville. These selected student-athletes were certainly new to the college athletics scene, but based on their individual success, it's hard to believe that any of them were freshmen.
